For further investigation into this report, the ban has been reduced to an ordinary insult, by understanding the intention of the user thru further checking on the chatlogs.
Based on the chat logs, the reported player and the reporter had an interaction during a guild or player event in the game. Even though the reported player had used offensive language towards you, you continued to join his event, indicating that you were not greatly affected by the matter. You only reported him after the event had finished, solely because he cursed at you. There was no "family insult" literally involved in this matter because I know you are Filipino, and we often use such words in our everyday life. This does not constitute a family insult.
I apologize for any misunderstanding, but using such words in a /post or directed at someone should still be avoided, as it could potentially escalate more the situation.
Hence, the ban time has been reduced to that of an ordinary insult, knowing the intention of the reported player and considering how minor this case should be.
