GFX Application (DeVore)

Basic Information:

Real Full Name: Ivan Gedrick Lopez(Ivan)
Age: 18 Years Old.
Occupation: College Student
Country: Philippines
Languages: English, Filipino, Spanish and Japanese(Slightly)

Why you want to Join the GFX Team?
It's obvious that we're lacking of some GFXers to support the signature needs of the Forumers.

What can you being a GFXer and a Staff?
I can help Forumers nor Staff to make them a Decent Signature or Userbar, Yet I can also help in others if needed.

Are you approachable?
Yes, I'am. I accept all kinds of PM. Just don't flood me. ;)

Any Experience?
I've been a Layout Artist of our Student Publication when I was high school, But Newbie here in Signature Making.

Photoshop Level?
Since I'm a Photographer, I tend to use the Photoshop as Editing Paraphernalia. But as I've said, Im a newbie in Graphics, Tho. I'am a fast learner. To Prove, I've started doing Signature last 40 hours.

Forum Background?
I won't deny the Fact that I was banned because of Signature(Oversize. 500+x300+). First: Warned by MD and removed Siggy. Reason: I didn't read actually the Signature Rules.
Second Time: I was Banned and move to permanent member because of Same reason as the first. Reason: I've resize it to 400 by 200 but forgot to crop it. Coz the siggy is too large. When I checked my suspicious siggy, I've resized another one that is 400x200 but It's too late.
As of now, I always check my signature before posting. Coz the Next is Permanent Banned.
I hope this Enlighten you guys.

How Many Siggy can you make in a day?
It Depends, The Pressure in my study is the basis how would I do the Other things such as Signatures, But I can make 2-3 Signatures Per day.

Are you friendly?
Yes, You can ask the others to prove :))

If you're busy, Will you quit?
Probably No, I'll just lessen my works so there is still a on-going.

Are you active in forum and In-Game?
Hmm. Im not active in both, That's why i've got 100% activity and 10-15 hours Online in game a day.*Sarcasm* hahaha


Im not Good as the Former GFXers like Yukio and Hirokazu, But I can Improve.

I hope most of your Questions is answered.

I Did explain myself. and I sorry for that, But it's already past. I did include it for clarification.
 
You got my YES obviously, your work may not be as perfect as Hirokazu or Katsura but its good enough to satisfy the customer :)

Good Qualities:
>Works Fast
>Output rating average is 9
>Very approachable
>Easy to talk to
>Active on forums
>Skilled(In my own opinion)
>Replies to PM's
>The best thing about Devore is that He has only learned using photo shop recently; meaning: he has a lot of room to grow better and better and better!!

Bad Qualities:
Non as far as i've seen :P

Well.. You're still new at siggy making (Started 40 hours ago), but you can improve and that's the most important. I've seen that people like your siggy's and that's good.

I'll go for yes, because we lack of GFX members right now and we do have many members who request siggy's.

Well, I think you're pretty good. I think you could practice while you're accepted within the team. And I don't know why Hirozaku was banned but You're not a perfect but you can replace him anytime :)) We need somebody to make those requested siggys right? xD Goodluck and do your best.

If there is such a test gfx team that would be perfect for you. It has the word "Test" So you could improve more and could be judged by time.

Ps: Another reason i voted is his works are voted almost 8-9

its not just because he did my sig that's why i voted yes,
i voted yes because he got the talent and the heart!!!

I don't ever think this application come too soon this way.
I will say YES, but not now, you should improve more.
We need GFXers and we need a "Quality" ones.
NO for me now.
