[GM Help Please] Disconnected after 10 mins in game frequently

Dear GM,
Actually i just joined the Infinity MU yesterday. It's really great Private MU but there's only problem about disconnect. After around 7~10 mins in game, it's automatic disconnected the game. It's really uncomfortable for gamer so i'd like to get support from GM to solve this problem. Thank you so much.

Have you tried different Servers?
Try logging into a different server, same issue on all serverS?

Have you tried different Characters?
If you only get disconnected with one character, please send pm the name Of The Character to the RESiSTANT.

What happens when client disconnects?
Do you get a disconnection message "You are disconnected from the server", or does MU client just close?

What Firewall are you using?
Have you changed settings recently?

How are you connected to the internet?
Are you on a wireless internet connection?
Do you appear to have issue with internet out of game?

It's not that because he said he plays for 7-10 minutes,then get's disconnected.

Are you using a third party program besides wtfast?Other applications can cause those disconnections.Be sure that when you play you close all programs connected to the internet,they could interfere with your game at any time.

Much better if you can provide us more info/details about your problem.
Like JoPaA said, tell us if you get any notice/error/message when the game closes, like "Disconnect From the Server" / or any errors
or the game just closes instantly.

Either way, you can try these methods to solve your problem:
1. Close all 3rd party programs when you run the game (Close all except for the InfinityMU) you can do this by going to your Task Manager
(proceses) and close the other programs.
2. Disable your Firewall
3. Try to add your main.exe to Antivirus Exclusions list.
4. Try to run it on compatibility mode.
5. Open Start Menu, then look for the Computer > Right click and select properties > Advanced system settings > Settings (performance) > Go to Data Execution Prevention.
When you go on Data Execution Prevention just click on the Add button and find your main.exe
After you add your main.exe there just click OK to save and try to start the game again. (Run it as administrator)
6. Close all debuggers before starting client, set DEP for essential windows programs only (system properties > Advance Tab > Performance Setting Button > Data Execution Prevention Tab) and run mu client with admin level (run as Admin in Vista/Win7).

Dear GM,
Sorry for late response.
1. I didn't use any Virus protection.
2. I turned off Firewall also.
3. I didn't use any 3rd apps while playing games. Only open our homepage (I tried to close the webpage and then it's same situation)
4. When log in, i used mouse click, not press Enter on character selection.
It's really terrible when the game was disconnected after 5 mins
I will try the solution from GM and let you know the result. Thank you so much for your support.

i did the same steps as you guide, but it's same, It's automatic Main Closed, not " You are disconnected..."

Have you tried to run it in "Compatibility Mode" ? if not, I'll give u a guide.

Here:
1. Step

Go to your Launcher or main.exe and right click on it, then choose properties as seen below

2. Step

Choose the Compatibility then check the box and try all those compatibility modes one by one.

Just check this one like on the picture, then click apply then OK then run the GAME

if it still not working try another "Compatibility Mode"
example try the Windows 2000

if it still not working try another one on the Compatibility modes

One more thing,When i go to Server 3 for trading, i can see someone sell some F.O set but they need to trade by Winds. I dont understand Winds mean? is it Ring of Winds and Pedan of Winds? Why they need them so much? Thank you so much.

yes there are acesories Winds(ring/pendant),theyi need it so much bcz here winds became a coin ..

You've join yesterday? are your character full stats? if not, try to add on Strength and Agility. (Stats Issue)

Sometimes it cause also with an item issue try to remove all the item in your inventory and put in vault.

I've join someday ago and it's not full stats. Now my BK character with 18k Strength and 15k Agility. Otherwise, i changed items and put all others in vault as well and then the problem is still happened. Really crazy you know

Try to add stats again on STR and AGI or RESET ur stats if this still not work.if u turned off ur fire wall remember to enable again. if u still get DC'eD Maybe u downloaded the client and patch releases incorrectly.

I'm using Win 7 64bit...is this possible to play this game? or change to 32bit?
