GM my god we have a big big problem plz help

before i say my report i dont know wer should i post this coz in report section now category of this situation..

when we install the Client its fine and nice to play BUT... when we got DC'ed or restart this black box always SHOWN.. everytime we re install the client after DC.. this black box always shown.. plz help i have SCREEN SHOTS... plz we really want to play this nice game but always black box shown help plz.......we cant play now...... we already done re installing and re downloading. but this always happen plzz help...

hey dude.. I think your firewall/anti-virus is blocking the game, Just allow it.
and may I know what download engine did you used?
isn't HTML, torrent or other way?

i have experienced that problem.

that means ur Mu.exe or Main.exe is corrupted.

The best way is to "re-download" the client and install again, Delete ur old one

i already done re installing and redownloading but nothings happen...wew

i think i will re format our PC...

ok..firewall is located at the control panel or if you have other software on pc you should turn off that or allow MU to run.

and try to use Bittorrent for your download engine. man that is MS DOS/TC... can I know what is your PC's specification.

Ex.:
2 gb RAM
2.6 GHz
Intel GMA (3100)

coz if you have, low video card there; it will not work.. haha, well MU has the minimum requirements.

im on the shop dude... lot of games here had a video card...... like s4.. rakion and etc... it perfectly works but mu does not i think i try reformatting my PC>... if i allow or turn off the firewall the black box wont shown if i start the game or i need to re install the client??

Try not installing infinity in Drive C or D..

Just Installed it on ur "Desktop" and try running the game again.

Here is my suggestion...
Uninstall the game and make sure its done properly!
Delete all .rar , .exe... Files you have of InfinityMu...
Use log cleaner like CCleaner, and clear your logs...
Download the game again and Install it....
If this doesn't work then, wait for RESiSTANT to notice your thread and he'll help you out!
