Top Contributors are now permitted to trade their ubers Tier-3, Tier-2, Tier-1, and Uber Draconite Sets (all tiers), exclusively with other Top Contributors. Additionally, they can buy or sell VD at a rate of $25 per x2 Uber Tier-1 Sets or x1 Tier-2 Set and a rate of $45 per x1 Tier-3 Uber Set and $30 per x1 Tier-3 Uber Azrael Set.
