have problem

hello friends i have one stupid problem and i want help from you
As i connet in server i join with my hero and im in Arena location and after 10 sec
i will crashed ... im with win 7 ultimate ...

At character selection do you press Enter button to join ingame?
Try with Double Left Click and write here if you still encounter the problem

When you select ur character try to log with double click without enter because if u press enter u will get auto-d/c

If this don`t work install windows xp!

Problem is fixed via skype convo. He pressed button enter upon character selection and he did not noticed the warning message in the center of the game screen.
