USA Better... good ping no lags/spikes.. unlike for now

Is not from Server host... Europe host is better, bcoz I am from Bulgaria - Europe...

If you want a smooth game play , at first you need a PC(Personal Computer),
laptop might be stronger than any of the PC's but for the game it doesnt playing role.

But there's a ways how to reduce lags,people shared the most of the reasons.
And i noticed you using +13 Effection , try to reduce it to 5 and check how's your game.

In some point "azzkicker" is right, this host is lag unlike "GE" which was before USA.
Ofc , that's not tragedy because i can still have fun in-game and pretty sure other people too.

Even it's crappy lappy just upgrade you RAM if you have 2gb RAM make it 4 or 8, Did you know that a System Unit/Laptop is not based on their processor it needs a better Random Access Memory also you need a good Graphic Card like ATI Radeon or Something else. For now I can give you a few solution to reduce your lag in game, Update your Drivers with this, if you want to have a better gaming you can also use this. And for those unused file or extension you can remove it by using this.

Thanks guys now I have lags only when I am in PvP or any guys are in PvP. PS: As Vape said - close all programs only game need to be open, yes I do Skype, Google (only skype & google I open & game of course) close and only game and lags only when I am in Pvp and any guys are in PvP.

Now my lags are 60%, so I have -40% lags (something like that).

Just now i noticed you using Windows 7 64 Bit,
Try to get Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit.

I think your laptop can't convey the 64 Bit.Normaly you shouldn't get lags.
Change , check and let us know if it is possible.
