[help] how to get my infinity arrow of my elf

plzz help me i already quest my elf all quest is already finish but the infinity arrow is not in my list.. where i can get it??

You must do Marlons quest before it can be activated. If you change class you character that skill is not not usable due to bug. Example from Blade Master to High Elf.
