[Help] Market - User Title Glow

few days ago i bought User Title Glow in the Market just to see how it will look and i didn't like it,i tried to remove it but i can't even before the time expired,i pressed on "Refund" and it did nothing..

if the Administration or Staff Members can remove it please - Thanks!

i buy again and press on the Refund button but it doe's nothing,i click and nothing happens :S

I can remove the effect,but i can't do something bout refunding your points,because honestly i don't know how.
