I didn't encounter that error but I think you touched something on MuGuard folder?
Try to disable your anti virus and run it

Download net.framework on microsoft website and try it again.

i think its because of the auto update didnt patch done cause its always failing and received an error message always when opening autoupdateproblem not fixed
Since you still have the installer, Try reinstalling it again and update
PS: no need to delete the current client, just install it on the same folder

Try to run mu.exe since it has a updater as well. Otherwise download the client using this mirror link https://mega.nz/#!Ek5HATqZ!fS022Y4MkS8oNKbIfp1UOGa52e4LSAAWPy450q2KQHU and select Download though your browser to avoid corrupted download.
Run the installer as administrator>>>Once done turn off your firewall under control panel>>>Run the updater as administrator then lets see the result.

Besides all the exceptions in firewall and antivirus, you need to install Microsoft visual c++ 2008 Redistribuable or the latest version of Visual C++ if u run windows 10. Don't forget about .NET Framework 4.0.
Also make sure you have all your windows updates made.

Guys thanks for the help I just found the problem . Problem fixed it was on the autoupdate I just selected server 2 then patch thats all thanks guys. Kindly close this thread to avoid spamming.

1-you recommend a scan to your entire PC with the antivirus that have
2- Scans your PC with (Ccleaner)
3-update your driver with (Driver booter 3)
by which I believe you have a virus on your computer that leaves no start the MU.
clears the mu and do everything he says first and you have to reinstall
