It detects your mouse software bro. try to "end process" that software in your task manager.

i dont have gaming mouse... keyboard only but dont have macro or cheat on my keyboard...

Find where is that OscarEditor.exe is located or try to "end process in task manager"
or you can try to run "msconfig" and check if its on your "Startup" you can turn it off in there.
