Help me with Vote System

Why i need to have 5 resets to vote?i cant vote if my characters dont have resets ? -.-

Yes, you need to have a 5rr on 1 of your chars in 1 account.

Just to clarify, your RR's don't disappear after you vote =)
they stay intact to your account, you only need them to verify that that your account ain't a fake account like the one's we see with c9hwe89fh29h character names...

That's security ! Because many people use kinda programs for "Change IP" and vote in many accounts from the same PC.

True, but many people have characters bigger then 5 resets in the other accounts.

U need to have at least 5 resets u can have 1005 resets no problem
just not an account where there is 1-5 characters with 1 LvL (0 rr)
By the way 5 resets is easy to make

Basically i guess it's for security system, to avoid ip-changers (proxy) , to verify that the accounts/chars are actually in use and obviously to verify if you really playing the game with those accounts.
