Help Please !

Hello! I played the game without any problems for 3-4 days and after that It began to ''Connect to the server'' slower and when it connects and the game opens there is nothing I can click no server chooce nor menu for 5-10 seconds. When it appear and try to log in with my character sometimes doesn't load at all...Sometimes it does and when that happens I kill 5 monsters and it lags very hard and after 5-10 seconds I get disconnected from the game I am not using any programs to boost my gaming my internet seems fine I have no problem with it I never did.. strange, i'm not having any kind of problems with the server, wired and wireless. best to check your connection. and otherwise do the easy trick unplug your router or modem, and plug it back in. ( best to wait a minute or 3) so it can reset. try that first. its something that can help.

I just did that and it worked I played for about 2 minutes and it lagged again ... Strange I never had internet problems what should I do

have you tried reinstalling the game? close all additional processes you might have opened meanwhile, such as youtube/facebook/downloading movies etc.
you could try to use wtfast program, it normally boosts the performance or razor game booster.
let us know how is the situation going

Have you tried updating your video card?, it is easy, and it does not take too much time.

Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Device Manager (click on it, then it will open a window, then click on display adapters [the first option that it shows]) then it will show you the video card you've got, click on it, then it will open other window. There you'll have to click on ''Controller'' > Update controller > then click on the first option, which says something like that it will search automatically an updated software for your card, the last step is to wait the time that it will take to download the software and also for installing it (I recommend you to restart your pc when you've done). Try it, I hope it will work, since I did that when my pc didn't run the game well and it worked. You know that everything related with games has to be with the video card.

Okay my video card drivers were up to date.I downloaded WTFast and reinstalled my game,for now I am running well I don't have lags I hope that the problem is solved thank you guys very much
