Hey so yeah, I'm an old infinity player and thought about playing it all over again since I missed this game ALOT lol. Its good to see and play this game all over again. So much memories hehe :dance:

So yeah, I have an account name 'jeromesilv' and i seem to forgot my password and email, since i haven't playing this for 4 years. My problem is, can someone help me recover my password? I really really forgot my password and email (yes i know, I'm super dumb wacked out poo brain I KNOW xD) and i can guarantee for sure that I am in fact the owner of the account (jeromesilv) thanks a lot in advance! Its good to see this server is still up and running and improving hehe
 
seens your forum acccount is old too.... try to PM resi about your problem he's the only guy who can help you about recovering your lost password
 
You could send your own email to support staff. And they could check if it's.Try to VM RESiSTANT.He is only who can help you.
 
Thats gonna be a Problem. Cuz if you're going to retrieve your account it requires Email, secret questions/answer..But Don't lost Hope try to PM our Administration they Only can help you about this Problem.

send your Account info which is the Username/Password/Email Address. But U said you forgot you Email address on that account and ur Password aswell, So tell them about your Account much as you can. And send it to that email address. Which is support@infinitymu.net

yeah prove to the administrator that you really own this account , include character names inside the account might help you. cause its been a years since you've visit here so i think he will understand your situation.

Send there an email and explain what is your problem. one thing you must know, password you used at your e-mail which you do not remember.
 
I can't help you via this thread. PM me or send email to support@infinitymu.net , mention your account name and if possible provide some significant information that proves you're the real owner of the account. You can try to mail us from the email address you used in the registration for your account. This will be enough proof.
