Hi i had a Problem on my Laptop

Well,,,i hope u can Help me..
I was Trying for many times.
Restart/Log off my Laptop
Coz this is this is what Happen to my Laptop
if i Turn on my Laptop With "Start WIndows Normally" it just Black Forever..Like This..
SS:

If i Use Safe Mode or Safe Mode With Connection/Networking It Start up Good.

Im Using Safe Mode With Connection/Networking
I really Dont Know How Come This Problem Happened To me.
Any Help or Option/Suggestion u can Tell me Maybe it Can Help/Fix This Problem
