Hello guys .. im new here ... just wanna ask some question .. After i download the game .. i install it .. then after .. i try to launch the game .. after the update... i click connect and it download the sync .. then after that .. the loading screen crash .. and i try it many times .. i try to reinstall the game .. Off the antivirus .. scan for malware or rootkits .. i can play all my MU .. it all crashes after loading screen ((((( please Help me .. i wanna play

I had the same problem on windows XP.I have solved the problem with reinstalling the windows .I haven't got any problems now,so i think you should try that.

Some of windows have program named "Autoit", which blocked by MuGuard. Go Start-Seach for Autoit and delete this program, then enjoy from InfinityMU )

I have the same problem ,After i click the connect button then the loading screen appear then suddenly it will disappear ,Can anyone help our problem here?

I already encountered this kind of problem.. Same as yours actually. (Downloaded the Client, Patch , off anti-virus/firewall..etc)
What I did is, re-install my OS. And it really solved my problem.
