My account in game, was stolen.
Nick in game: lllJhoelll
I can't do anything because, i don't know how this happened. after saturday, i had a normal game, but yesterday my account was stolen.

Maybe is hacker or Ciber-Cafe. I'm confused.
I was GM (Guild Master) in game : RISK .
My guild was deleted. I have members and and witnesses that can prove my argu.
What help I must to receive? maybe anyone can't trust me. I don't know, but is the true.
I'm embarrased, I'm sad , sorry for that.
So? what help I must to receive? I just wonder...
if i'm wrong or i'm in wrong section, please help me.

Hello Jhoell, We are already friends for quite a time and I would not allow that you will stop playing for a reason as shallow as this...
The Solution to your problem is not that hard so please do not loose hope..

Or an alterative way to recover your account ,all you need to do is to mail Support@infinitymu.net your secret question and answer and ask for an account recovery...

PS-make a new email address and password, this time don't let anybody else know and download anti-malware softwares to prevent key-loggers

BTW the hacker can't get your Uber sets because they cannot be traded and cannot be sold to
NPC so you will still have them after your account is recovered..
