(facepalm)

As it seems to me, this PC has an integrated GPU running. Is it a PC or a laptop? You can't overclock or do much with the SiS, SiS is long dead mate.

If it's a PC, get a nice GPU up and running in it. Check what PCI-e extension you have and find the best solution for yourself. ;)

It'll all depend on the gaming as well.

Hello,

Look into the details and type of model of the videocard.
Search a drive on google to update it. There would always be an update app uploaded for this cases as I do this on my printer as and motherboards as well. Good luck!

Hello #SuperUser,

As I could see on this picture your OS couldn't recognize the video driver for your GPU, and it used basic, primitive video driver and the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter name for it. If you can try to google it as it was suggested by some people above [Keeping in silence is more useful than telling useless things], I doubt you will find any usable result.
As you probably have an integrated GPU and a notebook, there is chance the manufacturer made modifications, therefore requires unique driver from the notebook manufacturer (not from the GPU manufacturer). I would like to suggest to download and install the drivers that your notebook's manufacturer provided (you can find them here, in the folder Windows Vista/7/8 drivers are there, video driver is here) rather than searching for original drivers or using any driver finder/installer program.

Just go buy Asus GTX 680 2GB and dont have any problem with video card :)
Good idea!!! and the installation process probably:

  1. Draw a big pentagram to the floor
  2. Place the Neo Notebook in the middle of the pentagram
  3. Put the videocard on the top of the notebook
  4. Sacrifice a lamb, a young virgin girl and drop some of your blood also on the system
  5. Pray for Satan while you are doing a crazy dance
And tadam... Asus GTX 680 2GB's been integrated to the Neo Notebook!

Dxdiag doesn't help you here, wrong location. Also never trust any random driver boosters / game boosters to update
your drivers, that's senseless because they mostly offer older or buggy versions. Windows updates wont update your drivers.

Start->"search"->Device Manager-> choose your graphic card->right click and choose update. - That's the standart method.
Else download use the auto updater of your graphic card provider, simply visit the website.

What's the name of your graphic card? (check Device Manager)

Do not trust other sites, you will get problems.

Edit, Screenshot for you :

Maybe it's just me but it almost never works well this way for me, windows auto update feature sux, I find it better to search directly from the manufacturer's (or developer's) site and I normally don't trust those auto update programs unless someone reliable recommends them, I've used a few that worked nicely.
