Ever since i logged in today i am experiencing huge delay / lag. For example, at one moment everything around me stops and after few secs it all happens at once. Like some really hard lag spikes. Is it from the server or is my ISP fking me up? Anyone else feeling the lag?

Its possible you need to restart you modem, once in a while try to restart. But majority its your computer is not clean. Possible to much junk files pilling up. If you need help I can help. Just pm me on skype.
Well it was fine for me today...but i did had same problem...happened to me twice already...and it was during CS...

I asked a lot of players and they confirmed they experienced lag. Anyway i think its all stable now.
It could happen due to many side factors,your bandwidth could be "eaten up" by many programs that are on during your play,since I know you're from Bulgaria,yesterday there was a disruption on a large number of internet providers in most big cities,some of which cut off their internet,maybe your delays came from there,you can't be sure,you should test it for a few days and see if you do some of the suggested things,would it have any impact on your game play.
it's happening to me now, can't connect and if i could id be disconnected anyway, tried to login again clicked the connect button and nothing happens, and even in voting it gets delayed every click, then i tried youtube to check if maybe it's my internet but it's fine, i think something is wrong with the server? or maybe from my location to host server, i live in GCC gmt+3
