I cant enter the game

After i update the client it says failed downloading. How can i resolved this. I already reinstall thit client 3x times, and when i opened main.exe nothing shows up .Please help me.

Open the play.exe since venci updated the muguard.

i can enter to the game but its SLOW moving graphics... what will i do.... its like a LAGGY.... PLS HELP ME what will i do you can chat me now in my FB.. lycadelrosario@ymail.com thats my fb account....

update your drivers, but 1st let me check ur specs can u show for me?
 
what is that?? it only have PLAY?? MU and MAIN.. thats the choices GM Havost pls do help me....

That's not the problem. Check your startup setting / task list. Something there is blocking the Mu Exe once it launch, carefully read and if you find some task that it's not needed finish it. Usually it fixs this common error.

Remember don't download custom clients from others that are not staff, it could contain keyloggers in order to steal your account.

You can ask any of our supporters to do that, sadly i am kinda busy right now. Meanwhile you can try this:


Cumputer had to be having the following setting: "Turn of DEP for essential Windows programs and services only"

Follow the steps below if you have same issues:

Start Menu > Right click on Computer and hit Properties > Advanced System Settings (on the left side menu) > Advanced (tab) > Performance (section) > Settings (button) > Data Execution Prevention (tab) > Tick the first option "Turn of DEP for essential Windows programs and services only".
Click Apply, Click OK and restart the computer. After restart the game is running properly.
