i cant play MU always sync

please help me... i played this MU for 2 days and now everytime i click start it always sync MU.exe repeatedly... how to solve the problem i cant play.... please reply as soon as possible.....

what is SS? sorry im just new here..... this is the scenario... isnt it everytime we click the connect button mu.exe sync then afterwards youll click the connect button again and you can now play MU. but in my case every after syncing files (syncing MU.exe) and ill click connect button it always sync and sync and sync.... ive done it for a couple of hour hoping that i can connect but.... its just the same.... sync after sync after sync... please help.. i want to play this game badly
