I have 2 problems

hi, sorry for having to make a post to solve this, hope someone can help me here.
problem N1: i try to buy a Sylph Wind Bow from the web shop. I have all the credit i need and the space in the vault but when I procced to buy it, it says that i dont have room for it, beeing the vault empty.
Problem N2: icreated an elf, im alredy a muse elf, hav all the str and agi req, but for some reason i cant wear the chest, skirt and helm of my actual set, i tryed selling and rebuying, logout. nothing works

N2: try to put more stats on ene str and agi.... if requires are 300 str and agi ... put more 600 str and agi.
N1. put something in the vault and then sell it to the webshop,non exe item ... then try to buy again the bow from webshop...

but when you buy the bow make an SS.. if you won't have anymore your credits or something happens, you will have a proof.
