I have a problem

I bought a Bone Blade F.O. in the Shop.I played and one day i saw a Bone Blade F.O. in my invertory, but i didn't bought again. If i want to put it anywhere the game is drop me out. And now, i logged in again, and in a trade want to show the Bone Blade WHAT I BOUGHT IN THE SHOP and when i want to put it to the trade it happens again, the game dropped me out.What is this? Please help me, I'm not a hacker!!!

Maybe the extra bone blade had been accidentally duped?
