Did you finish the marlon quest?

Note: If you did reset then you will have to re-do Marlon quest to learn Nova skill.

Make lvl 400 then make the quest for lvl 3 ,after do the quest of Marlon (Ring of Honor,Dark Stone ,find them in stadium) .And if you give reset you have to do that again

LOL, make Marlon quest in lorencia, we need 1 Ring of Honor for SM, all are sold in lorencia bar, not as you said >"< After finishing marlon quest you can learn Nova skill
