Discussion I need a real explanation..

Hello, I am seeing this thread newly thats why I am commenting it now.

It is not that hard to detect or feel the difference between Normal player and Low Level (1-4) Speeded up player. But a thing is, sometimes players report some one like, Reported guy have full buff+Pet and you want us to give him ban Due Low Level Speed Hack? Before reporting please, make your report much more successfully. For example, you can use 2 F.O Ring but not Wizard ring for to make case a bit more clear for us; You can call Suspected player for Duel without any Buff or Pet, Full Set vs Full Set and so on.

You want us to give Ban to every case you reported. But sometimes your reports really fails. I mean, you just report a guy which totally Clear. Like Wayne reported yesterday. He wrote on his report that, a guy speeded up 10x. Wayne, anytime you want, just PM me, I can easily prove you what is the difference between that guy and the real 10x speeded guy.

And about banning that kind of cases. GMs or HGM, we are not boss of this server. Our job, is just care of this server, try to do our best to be kind with Infinitinas and try to help them. RESiSTANT doesn`t allows us to ban some kind of cases. He allows us to ban if Report/Video/SS 100% Clear to every representative of Team (Minimum 80% of the Team).

About difference between these words "Not Enough Proof" or "No Hacker/SHer/APer":
-Not Enough Proof means, your Video/SS is not 100% and we can`t set ban of cause.
-No Hacker means, a guy totally normal and proof is 100% allows us to see that, reporter is Normal. So your report counts as Fail report and Closed w/o any discussion.

Just don`t blame us, because we didn`t gave ban to anyone. We know something, we have our own reason to not give ban. And this reason, we explains in your Reports. Guys, we are really appreciate you that, you want to find a way to be clean of that Speed Hack. You want to have some advices to take Videos. It is really appreciated. You want to help this Community. But, just get is that, we can`t ban if report not 100%, then we can only consider it "Not Enough Proof". And let me tell one thing Sometimes, a player reports someone and we are considering it Not Enough proof and after 1 day he reports again and we are giving Ban. And after it, reporter starts to talk us like "See see, he was SH. You didn`t banned him in 1st report, so you are unexperienced. But see i proved that he is SH!" WTF?! If your 1st report denied and named like "Not Enough Proof", it means problem comes from YOU! Because you didn`t made your proof 100% for us. But you did in your 2nd Report. Seems it is possible to be more carefully and give us 100% Proof. So why you didn`t do it in your 1st report? I myself, sometimes recorded a guy and first i myself watching that video and realizing that, if the Video enough or not. If Enough I am reporting if not, just waiting for next catch.

And last thing. We can`t ban due weak proof, because if we set a ban for weak proof and after it a player creates an Ban Appeal, what will we prove to him? We have to get strong proofs to prove him that, yea you was SHer! If we can`t prove to him and his ban appeal approved, it will mean that, GM TEAM is Really UNEXPERIENCED! And it will be minus for all GM Team. Thats why haven`t to make a mistake, because this is really hard job.

Once again, we are really appreciates you that, you want to help this Community. And want to inform you that, RESiSTANT got that Speed Hack and he is doing his best to block it. Hope it will be blocked soon.

-It's not just hard its very hard to catch someone with SH on 1-4 levels.

You said in my reports enemy totally clear.But *Not enough proof* means there amazing attacks/movies he may be SH but there not enough proof for ban him.. Keep it.

Now something about in real.
Graf had recorded guy named Valera, but he didint get ban. There was no a second report on him for get banned.He get ban only just i shared it on my ban appeal of David.Staff need to be careful . I dont attack you with my words i just want to give advice as a friend.

And about Valera, I said you before and saying once again, He banned after I created thread about him in Staff Section. And if he couldn`t banned, I myself planned to unban [David-.!] without listening my mates opinion!

Everyone thinking that beeing GM is easy job. I promoted GM 1,5 month ago. And when I wasn`t GM, i myself blamed Staff team sometimes, been angry about their jobs. But After beeing staff member, I saw that, not everything easy like i thought. First you got more response, you haven`t to make a mistake. It is really bad feelings when a Staff Member demoted from Team by Venci due mistakes, power abusing.

And one again, I am writing "You" because I am pointing to everyone, not to you Josh And this thread for not fights but for to explain something and I already explained.

Yes you're attacking him and we can see it through your words. you're trying to contradict his opinions which is wrong. were are not born yesterday for you to know. if you'll try to ****yze and criticize properly your reports i'll asure you that none of them are 100% clear proof. we don't consider such case without agreement of the team so before we make a decision, were trying to check the reports from time to time so we can be sure if it's enough or not. we appreciate a lot your efforts for helping us to catch hackers and even rule breakers and i want to thankyou for that. but don't feel dis-appointed if your report has been denied since you know to yourself that the proof that you provided wasn't enough. there's always a difference between pure speedhack and less proof. less proof is something about lack of evidence. so please next time if you're going to report make sure it's worth acceptable and clear so you won't feel dis-appointed anymore.

I dont try to attack him with words , i just said my opinion as he said on mine.And i don't want my report was approved always.I create a Question thread and i need guide how catch them.Be careful before writing here.Anyway i've speaked with him and its between he and me.He's growing boy and he can solve his problems alone.

I don't think you should demoted, first infraction then maybe demoted.
How big or small it can be but it's mistake and disrespect to Graf.You should say sorry him for your action.It's your debt.

Ohh, big word? are you the new administrator? anyway, if you don't want to receive or hear such negative comments about you or in your thread then you shouldn't post this on public. this is a public discussion where you can't force people if they want to give their opinions or not because it was posted on general discussion so everyone has a right to give their comments and opinions. that's why we have a word "Freedom of Speech" this is not a question since you posted this at a wrong section, so this thread was totaly useless. the real point of creating this thread is you just want to blame staff's for rejecting tons of your reports. and i don't need to say sorry to whom i didn't offend so you don't need to teach me what should i do and i'm big enough to know my limitations. yes you have to defend your self but in a right and proper way. that's what i'm talking about. i didn't said you're wrong, i'm just elaborating to you the procedure of how we take decision between the reports. if people keeps using their hacks, isn't our problem anymore since were doing our best to help players to give their best gaming experience.
