Re-insert your video card , if still no changes i guess you need to buy a new one.

Reinstalling windows will not fix this issue , you have a problem with the RAM memory.
Run the memory diagnostic tool in w7 and post the logs here.

if you run the game in compatibility mode then disable it. (main.exe / mu.exe / llsc.exe)

Bro this is your PC's problem.There have some problem in your PC. But this happens when u click MU only, or everytime??

you should be very careful in your pc.
re install your Operating System "winxp or other OS"
then nextime shutdown it carefuly
