I can't see S4 items it is Invisible to me can someone help me to fix it?

Download this - http://www.mediafire.com/download/lj86w5mfe0f6hy5/New+items+patch.rar. After downloading, extract it in your client folder. Run AutoUpdate then run MU and check. Let me know if its working. ^^
