After working my butt off today trying to reach 100 resets for the credits, I had in mind what I wanted to buy. The first thing I went to buy was a ring (ring of poison).
First I added most of the check-able options then I wanted to add it as +13 and +7. I wasn't sure what it was going to change to the ring, but when I saw that it would cost 874 credits I figured why not.
Now for some reason it dropped me to 2563 credits when it should have put me at 3200 credits, so it charged me for 1511 credits. (I was at 4074 before I bought the ring). Here are some screen shots for proof if necessary.

Here you can see the aftermath after buying the ring and when my heart sank
Here shows you that the ring was being displayed as only 874 credits
Here is some proof as to the starting credits I had, adding the 574 up at the top left-hand corner and the 3500 credits awarded for grand reset in the center, 574+3500=4074
I'm going through a lot of trouble to bring this to attention because I worked really hard on getting these credits. I was planning on buying 4 items after figuring out the costs of what I wanted, but now that future is lost. For anyone's business it is for the Web Shop sales, could you please consider taking the ring back (it still sits in my bank vault, 1st slot) and a refund to my credits? I feel as it is unfair that I lost extra credits for something that was not my fault.
I would be happy again to know I can continue with what I was going to buy before this fiasco (hopefully the costs I already figured beforehand weren't wrongly displayed) The only reason as for adding the +13 and +7 option was I would have some spare credits left over after the 4 items I wished to have purchased, and this small price change to the initial ring I was going to buy, 811 credits, would be covered.
I appreciate anything you can do for me, and sorry for the hassle. :smile:
