Infinite Arrow orb

I made an Elf character then my skills get bug so i reseted my skills and there is one skill that i cannot find.. and that is Infinite arrow .. do you know where to find infinite arrow orb?? i dont know where to find it. please help me.. i've done all quest needed. to marlon

Infinite Arrow Skill can obtain after you finish Marlon's Quest (lv.220)
After you finish the Quest, relog (Switch Character) than your Infinite Arrow skill will be avaible at your skill list

Infinite arrow only RESiSTANT to put that orb, you can request to our admin to put that orb in your elf :nuhnuh:

I just did marlon's quest before i reset then i logged in. If this does not work for you then kindly pm our administrator and give him your character name
