You know, as weird as the picture is, I just think that more creativity was involved in it and it's a whole new turn, I like to see new approaches, so my vote goes to Whips.

Idk if it’s because of the pandemic but I feel like the effort these days are a bit lackluster. But to choose, I voted for whips like kronwell said it’s more creative and it’s a new way of doing it.

My Vote goes to Whips... like what Kron said, it's kinda' weird but a bit more effort was put in his entry...
I hope you put some colors to the Fan-Sign next time... Above all, be more creative...

As a photographer I can appreciate the effort of Whips but sometimes less is better, in Whips pic there's too much noise and the pic has not an easy read, the 3.5mm cord it's distracting and the blue paper there brings up a lot of attention, I could go deeper with the weigh of each color but I think we got the point.
To the extremely oposite side we have PotatoHead entry, compared with Whips it could look minimalist (it's not), yet this is more easy to the eyes. Big smile that transmits happiness and makes you smile with it (It make me smile more than the memes of this month) and it's a cleaner picture, nice background that makes kind of an optical illusion tricking you to think it's a wall instead of the floor.
After all this my vote goes to PotatoHead.

both entries have something special...Whips got the effort.. he spend time on this but PotatoHead got the smile as Jero said makes the viewer feel happy ...
But i will give my vote to Whips...cuz i think PotatoHead can have both...effort and smile next time
