Try to disable your antivirus and firewall. Then run AutoUpdate.EXE as Admin.

Well I don't exactly know the updates about windows 10 coz i'm using win 7. But try to apply these steps, it might help you.

Computer had to be having the following setting: "Turn of DEP for essential Windows programs and services only"

Follow the steps below if you have same issues:

Start Menu > Right click on Computer and hit Properties > Advanced System Settings (on the left side menu) > Advanced (tab) > Performance (section) > Settings (button) > Data Execution Prevention (tab) > Tick the first option "Turn of DEP for essential Windows programs and services only".
Click Apply, Click OK and restart the computer. After restart the game is running properly.
