InfinityMU client problem

HI! I'm having a problem with my InfinityMU game client. It was working perfectly fine just before the Christmas update, but when I updated it, it stopped working. After I click the connect button the loading screen with elf on it is not showing, I tried waiting for a couple of minutes, I tried relaunching the launcher and clicking the connect but still noting.

So here are the stuff I tried:
Restart PC
Uninstall game
Downloading the client from www.infinitymu.net/downloads/ (Dated December 25, 2016) and reinstalling it
Optimizing the game using GeForce experience
Running it with Admin privilages
Restarting again
Compatability mode

Same problem on me too. Still cant solves my problem, lets wait for some suggestion to fix our problem.

Anyway Bro, Lourane right? Is your PC running on win 10 OS? I think it has something to do with the OS since there is a docx file on the InfinityMU Directory for possible problem and of course, their fix; but there's nothing for win 10 specified there. Well.

Client currently doesn't work with the latest some operation systems under windows 10 + latest updates. Soon it will be after certificates are signed with microsoft in our anticheat system and we will release another patch and client. For now please try using windows 8 or below. Sorry for the inconvenience. New update will be release as soon as possible. In windows 10 its working but you will have to uninstall the latest updates your auto update installed because they are causing it. This is just in case you don't want to downgrade the windows. Try to uninstall latest updates applied.

Hello sir, im using windows 8, but still doesnt work on me

Cool. Good thing I have another laptop running on win 8.1
I'll be waiting for the patch. Hope it's just a patch because I've downloaded the client from every mirror site. So tired of downloading :dance: Thanks Venci.
 
Windows 10 & Game Client work with my lappy. Some latest updates might be causing the errors. Expect some new update with several optimizations which will smooth the gameplay and fix win10 issues after new eve. For now everything works. It's just your system infected with virus or something blocking the client. Don't forget to do this settings for DEP:

Here's what I tried, I completely uninstalled InfinityMU then updated my windows, then I scanned my lappy overnight with my legit Kaspersky anti-virus (lappy's clean af) Then installed the InfinityMU Game client, did the DEP thingy and still nothing. Maybe I'll just wait for the post new year update. But wasted time is still wasted time :) Still thank you for doing averything you can to fix this. Kudos to InfinityMU :plaths:

WIth my illegal pc and win I still can connect. With legal one too. It's something you missing.

Soon we will release patch. No worries! It takes time.
Temporary but still an solution:

Go to your BIOS settings and disable Secure Boot, more info then the game should run fine. After we release the new update you can enable secure boot again on your BIOS setting. =)
