You have to contact one of GMs so they will see what they can do.
If u can't move it it's bugged.
So now better don't make resets if u don't wanna lose it

spend 100.000.000 from your maxed Zen, relog and try again to move it.
it gives you disconnect?
if u still cant move it, then need to adress Resistant to check it for you, there is the possiblity coz its stucked.

its visible on the SS your character name (kidz) but next time provide it when u need help. its more easier to verify you

Duped item is an item that was dubled by visual bug and it's tradeable and no1 know it's bugged (one the one who did it).
It usually dissapear after trade.
It's illegal and when u see somebody doing it you can report him without a hesitation.

There is no assurance if your sb is not duped even though you can put it store. Sad to say you can't earn it back if you don't have enough proof during the trading of the items.

Actually there is way to clear Dupe items by logging in your account on InfinityMU Website, after you had log in from there you click on "Char Options" and click on Clear Dupe. As well i don't think Venci would return you if you had dupe items.

Please kindly correct me if i'm wrong :x
