You can't remove the yellow option it is made so the items aren't TRADEable, and I think that that's the reason why you want to remove the yellow option. Bare in mind to read the rules and not to do things against them.

The answers are given above and are accurate, to change yellow option from uber items you must do it via the webshop using credits, however you cannot remove the yellow option from what I know and there's no way possible to trade uber items.
