Items webshop problem

Good as they are I have a problem I had time without playing and I am returning to play again since long ago I did buy various armor and items and when I give it to the webshop to go to the bault can not because? I have been playing for a while and I left everything as well as they can help me solve this? Please say the fastest I do not know much English and I am using the translator but I want to return to play and to remove my things I can not take the items from the webshop

im not sure if i get it right but your items are in store box,first you have to assign your items and then u will see them in vault,click "assign" on every item you bought

If I click "assign" and I get this: Item does not belong to you. That tells me

Since this was last 2013 this should be addressing to the Admin. He is the only one can fix this issue.
