can i suggest to give them a penalty ? that is not a good attitude for a player and the worst is IT IS SUCH A DISGRACE FROM THIS COMMUNITY .

It's hard to penalize especially if we don't have a Concrete Evidence or Proof Such as Screen Shot. He Can say He was DCed, Connection Lost, Power Interruption and the Like.
So I guess it will turn to argument.
