Having been at the siege, I realized that about 80% of people lag ... interesting to know whether the lag still have someone (who was not involved in the siege, and kept his nerves) and whether the administration to deal with lags?

well, I can't understand your point.
everyone has lag as me too , so... what do you looking for? anti-lag?
You have the requirements to play on your pc?
No? then, you'll get lag always
I played the castle siege, and I had a lag.

I'd like to say that the servidor is not stable yet due DDoS attacks, If you can have a bit more of patience everything will be fixed.
