Launcher Problem, please help

when i click connect, gameguard logo shows up ..

then a window shows up but does not show the loading screen of mu

it has nothing on it, pure blank .. so can anyone know my problem??

im running windows 7 and disabled anti virus

I had these problem also, get to InfinityMu folder and then try to get by "mu" or "main" , if it wont work download game again, btw did u try to turn off ur anti virus? it sometimes works. GL :)

Well if i were you i was gonna do this:
-Delete all MU folders etc from my system
-Download full client again from the site
-Install it again.

If you got the same problem again then add InfinityMU to your firewall's safelist
Or close completely your firewall.
If you still got problems post a screenshot here so i can try give a specific solution.

'Well, look I have a Windows 7 and I did good then arrange ami download again look at this picture!

 
What's the point of this picture?
To show us that you have an Itouch, and a flat screen monitor?
Cuz that's what it looks like.

Simply upload llahlog.dat (located in: InfinityMU Client/MuGuard folder) and send it to infinitymu@abv.bg
