Dear Infinitians,

What im suggesting here is to add a Like/Dislike button for our forum,
Maybe some of you will wonder why do we need a like button since we've got a "thanks" button , well let me answer that question, lets say you wanted to Dislike an application but you dont have a comment or reason to say/add you will simply hit the dislike button, after all some of post doesn't need a thank button like a new rule added or a signature showcase , in this case we will use the like/dislike buttons , it will make the forum more active trust me on that because people will be motivated when you me and others hit a like button to their posts more than thanks, and its easly gonna show us the feedback about a new post/thread. last but not least thank you for reading & i wish this suggestion will be approved.

In cases you dislike something you state a honest oppinion or you simply ignore it.
For the cases you like something you hit "thanks" and write a small comment or not.

In applications as you mentioned, or in polls, votes without a reason are not take into consideration.

Absolutely right
The reasons I mentioned was just an examples for what we can use the like/dislike buttons , anyway it gonna make the post look More beautiful than now, Lets see what the community really wants.

Well i wonder why Facebook never implemented a dislike button as you suggest Answer : Because i would surely be abusing it ^^ ! That's why this will never happen due to some ppl that like to be "haters".

The point is we already have "Thanks" button that has the same function as "Like". So i dont see why we would have 2 buttons that do the same thing.

Your suggestion makes sense only 50% that i explained you it won't happen and why. The other 50% is already here. Soon we will get suggestions like adding "reacties" and that g4y rainbow...it's enough that major Chat apps or Social networks transformed their stuff in ugly useless things...this is a forum and that's how the reputation system in here works. Let's think about things that could improve the overall quality of the forums. Like this we would only encourage haters and buttons abusers and it has no benefit.

For now this is denied since it would have absolutely 0 positive effects.
