Why do I think I am eligible for being Moderator?
* I'm one of the most active players here, so I'm always online :P
* I checking threads and always see spam and I want to delete it or thrash it
* I'm friendly person
* I like to speak with people in forums and If I can I help them
* I have lots of free time

Amount of time I can spend in forums?
*7-8 hours, sometimes only 3-5 because I have to study :P

Experience in vBulletin?
*Yes, I have, and also I have experience with others forum systems like PhP etc..

Are you a moderator or GM right now on any forum or server?
*No

Other things:
I've been playing Infinity 2 years.
Hmm, what should I say, oh yeah I have a lil bad history on forums , oh well but everyone can change isn't it?
I know we have enough MODs, some of them are kinda inactive. My activity is now low bcoz I stopped spamming.

I don't know dude, we currently have enough active moderators (atleast i think) and there is 2 applicant who is waiting for the administrator answer . But your application is good and i can't say that ur a arrogant .
