Can you try to open the "mu.exe"? I usually chose that application than Autoupdate, and its working perfectly. :)

Your problem running auto update is the compatibility of that program, try to change the compatibility that will suit in your PC so if you run it again it will works, If you don't know what is your PC specs you can check it by using This and configure the compatibility of that program that will suit in your PC. If you don't know how to do it, I Can guide you via Team Viewer just PM me.

still the same.. im here in my other laptap.. but still cant.. . I dont knw why:/ cuz yesterday.. it always Auto Closed after i click Connect Button..

Hello,

Open our client, click on "options" select window mode, 800×600 resolution, remove sounds and music and click apply. After that try to connect. If it still closes, try to check your firewall and turn it off and connect again. If it still doesn't work reinstall the client. Also try these steps:

then send your IP to Admin RESiSTANT and tell him about your problem.
