My account hacked...

i have post a question a awhile ago about my account(removed) being Invalid in game but can log-in in infinitymu site.

I ask help through CB and Legacy suggested me to change my password using our site and log-in again, so i tried, and it worked. I Log-in and saw all my characters changed names already, also some items are missing(which i could not remember).

My concern is i want to know who did this to my account? I want him to be punished, please check my logs, and if possible if i can get my old names back, and all my vote points gone as well.

PS:I also can't log in my 100x account (removed) account recovered

Please investigate my case sir's, my pc went down about 3 weeks already and hybernated for about 3 more weeks, so that is 6-7weeks of hybernating, please check my logs so that you can catch my hacker thanks!

Yes i understand what you mean sir, but this a rare case where i have not log in for weeks and i am so wondering how is this possible that even a hybernated account can be hack? If this kind of incident happened to me then it can happen again, i am just really curious on how i was hacked.

Even if the administrators are kind enough to provide you with a reason, I highly doubt you'll be able to retrieve all your items back again. Someone else could have simply gained accessed to your account while you were away.

We'll see what the staff team says.

Recent logs if this account(trades/log-ins/ip's) will show us who are this hackers. Please check sir's thanks

Still useless if we give the last IP who used your account, since it's your responsibility to take care of your account, and never share it to others. because we aren't responsible once you lost your account.

I need someone who can assist me about this case, i find it so impossible for me to get hacked knowing i only play here in my pc in my home, this is high class hacking and this can be repeated, i hope you will take my case seriously, give more efforts about my report, thanks

If you are so concerned about your account, just drop RESiSTANT an email at support@infinitymu.net rather than waiting for them to reply to your thread.

But be prepared to be disappointed.
