PLEASE HELP ME GUYS.. I TRIED TO DO EVERYTHING, AUTO UPDATE TOOL, RE-DOWNLOAD, TURNING OFF THE FIREWALL ON CONTROL PANEL, EVERYTHING.. I APPLIED BUT STILL THE SAME.. PLEASE HELP ME ANYONE, VIA TEAMVIEWER THANKS! ESPECIALLY TO Venci

Reinstall windows and problem solved you have a problem with your windows not infinity..

Never mind, I thoguht your connect button is not shown, look at this post:

Hi, Try to set your DEP settings like in the guide, I've made full guide here ===>http://img.infinitymu.net/DEP_Guide/dep_settings.html
Then reboot your PC. If still doesn't work then you can try updating your video card drivers to the latest version.

Venci's i followed the guidelines from DEP Settings but it still the same. No other solution regarding on this problem???

Can anyone here help me how to fix this via teamviewer? Really, I dont have any idea about computer lol. I know about the MU World, but computers? no.. -_-

Hello bro, I am w10 user also and I just updated my laptop awhile ago same with Infinity and tested it. There is no problem at all. Game is smooth and ok.

I just want to ask if you have tried opening your Task Manager after experiencing those and tried to see if main (32 bit) shows in back ground process?
Also is this the very first time you installed Infinity on your laptop with W10? or you already have it before and now that is happening.

If you have another laptop there or PC with W10 try to copy paste InfinityMu Folder and run it. If it runs smooth then there is something on your laptop might stopping infinitymu to launch successfully. I dont think windows defender is the cause.
 
Try this:

Open Start Menu, then look for the Computer > Right click and select properties > Advanced system settings > Settings (performance) > Go to Data Execution Prevention.
When you go on Data Execution Prevention just click on the Add button and find your main.exe
After you add your main.exe there just click OK to save and try to start the game again.
