hi im here coz i wanna ask sir ressi why that he is not responding on my msg mail in skype sir i really want to get back that account if you want im willing to donate again in same account just make it sure that you will help me to get back my account i really need it badly pls reply on this thread sir ressi i really don't know what's going on 2 your server i never change my pass but it's change and i never play in internet cafe and me and my sister is the only person who use that account pls help me im willing to donate again for that acount i really love that account

And your attitude isn't going to help speed things up either. You already said Venci is busy, so why would he spend majority of his time watching the forums? He has the moderators to do that for him and that is why your thread got closed once its answered. Venci has much bigger stuff to worry about, so you'll hardly see him in the forums, but i can assure you, he is watching. Donating doesn't give you special privileges, and I learnt it the hard way.

So if everyone can be patient and wait, I don't see why you can't. Unfortunately, you are only left with ONE option, and that is to wait and be patient. Everyone else is going to tell you the same thing, and this thread is probably going to be closed sooner or later. I waited 5 days for my Uber items to arrive, but I didn't make a fuss. But I believe there are people out there with far greater problems than me.

all i need is venci's reply as i said im willing to donate again just to get back that account and if he don't want 2 help me it's ok im out of this server that's so simple i just need he's reply that's so simple and btw i don't even said that hey im a donator you should give me special privileges your the one who said that not me and $ is not so simple to earn in Us even in singapore you should know that.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Sometimes we don't need words to really understand what people are trying to say and portray.

But back on topic, I understand how you feel when the admins doesn't reply to you. But I hope you'll put yourself in Venci's shoes. It is not easy to ensure everything is under our control, and mere mortals like us tend to get overlooked sometimes. That is why, when it comes to emails, we can only wait for his reply thats all. There isn't really anything that you can do to get his attention. The reason why the mods closed your thread, is to prevent people from spamming and increasing their post count, not to "trash" your topic. I hope you understand, because whenever a similar topic like this were to come up again in future, I assure you that you will definitely see the same response over and over again. - Wait and be patient.

do you really wanna know why i said im willing to donate again just help me get back that account ? mate i play here a long time ago and i saw many player's like this happen to them and some of my friends quit coz of this problem they don't share there account but someone can change it im not saying that admin or mod i think it's kinda bug coz the last game that i play Mu i already saw this problem and they don't recover my account there so men how can i accept it i know you wanna help and i know it and i feel it i will just wait till venci reply on this thread i will just bump it every day

mate you cannot say directly that you'll donate just to get your account.. whats the point of making SECRET QUESTION and ANSWER.. if you still have those, then you will get your account back. and as CozmoZ said, with that kind of attitude, the longer you will retrieve your account back...
