Just by easily searching "Connect button" in our forum search I found multiple solutions such as one persons case where his connect button did not show up RESiSTANT posted this solution and it seemed to fix it.

If this doesn't work for you just call your internet provider and ask them why you cannot access our website and tell them the URL (http://connect.infinitymu.net but not www.infinitymu.net - connect is our server, www is our website host domain.). Problem probably comes from problem in the internet topology or internet provider networks. We have received numerous of complains about missing Connect button in Launcher especially and only from Philippines. I bet some provider cut off some networks due security reasons or attacks to their networks. I think they will unblock the access to our IP if you ask them to do so.

I had reformat my computer,reinstall client and I had check with my Internet provider. It's all fine and working but I don't know why I had this problem
 
Have you tried the suggested in my previous post, and try searching the forums you'll find people with similar problems sometimes with solutions in the thread or you can contact them for help.

I had tried them all but none work for me.

This doesn't provide anything and your ISP still might blocked the connection to specific locations and our server been affected by this. Also your DNS servers might be outdated and checking for our old IPs.

Seems there's a problem with your DNS, or something like that but we can fix it :3.

How to clear your DNS cache

The following methods allow you to remove old and inaccurate DNS information that may result in 404 errors.
Windows® XP, 2000, Vista, 7, 8


Click the Start button.
On the Start menu, click Run....
If you do not see the Run command in Vista, enter "run" in the Search bar.

Type the following in the Run text box: ipconfig /flushdns


From there on your connection should work to our server. If still doesn't work it's probably your internet provider or firewall. Check firstly the firewall and make sure it allows file mu.exe and main.exe

Also add our main.exe to your antivirus & firewall safe list, with this would be okay.

Problem solve :) finally can play infinitymu now. i would like to thanks everyone here especially Venci for helping me so much :) It was due to my upgrading of internet and my ISP had block the Server IP. Once again thanks guys for your kindness of help.
