*Kratos., a PH player, has recently been using multiple accounts but is not eligible to play again, as he has existing banned accounts with no further chances for appeal, having already exceeded more than a second chances.

The player dgemilio-, who is potentially the owner of the account newbi (evident from the IGN), must pay at least EURO 150 for an unban (no discount) if he wish to recover the account. This is because the player dgemilio has a history of using cheats with this account and allowed a year to pass without surrendering the cheats used + lending account to a cheater with multiple history and cheat offenses, which is a required step for appealing an unban. Additionally, an public apology post must be submitted to the administrator for consideration.
This chance is only effective if the dgemilio is willing to follow the unban requirements below and has paid the €150 fee.
For those with existing bans, Why attempt to play when you know the rules clearly state that you are not allowed to access any other accounts? These players have been in the community for a long time yet still fail to understand the basics: if you have a banned account, you cannot play, even if you manage to log in with another account.
