No connect icon

Guys anyone can help me about my infinitymu client every time I open the mu.exe there is no connect icon appears.I thought the server is hack again thats why I waited 2 days now but still didnt works/appear.I uninstall the old client and downloaded the new client and install it but still theres no connect icon.Am i banned?


Hope there is someone can help ASAP..I need the game badly..T_T

You are not banned I think,maybe its just your internet connection.

Try to connect here >> connect.infinitymu.net were you able to connect? If not try to contact your internet provider and tell them to unblock the IP of that site.

Hello cybercore,

After you reinstalled the client you also can try to manually apply the latest client patch which can be found on the following. http://dll.infinitymuonline.com/patch/INFIMU_Patch.rar
On summer I encountered similar problem with the client, and the patch solved the connection issue.

it might be cuz you spammed the refresh button in game , thats what you need to do , first of all talk with our Admin RESiSTANT , but if u are inpatience reinstall infinitymu , and it'll work for ya .

Uninstall your Infinity MU and then restart your PC, after that Download the latest client

After you download it Install it and it will work normally
If you can't open your InifintyMU while using any Anti-Virus go to the settings of your anti-virus add Infinity MU folder to exceptions.

I format my pc yesterday and install the new client and patch but still no connect icon appears,what should I do guys?I played this game almost 8 months,how sad I cant play it now TT..I did all the options posted in this thread but still not working thats why my last option is to format it but still no connect icon appears..I tried other MU site has MUguard but its working why is it my favorite InfinityMU doesnt work on my PC now..TT SADNESSFUL.............

NO I cant connect to that site (connect.infinitymu.net)..I call my connection provider twice to unblock the IP address of that site but it seems they dont want to unblock it,they keep suggesting options and application to open it but its useless.I think the only solution for my problem is to unblock the IP but how?They just telling me nonesense options..TT

Just tell them that it's safe.

It's all about missing connection button in launcher. Most times caused by internet provider blocked several ip address ranges by mistake and they should now clean the innocent IPs instead blocking all traffic over their network. This mostly happens when an ISP is attacked by DDoS.

the only solution to ur problem is to unblock it. if they don't want to unblock it then U change ur ISP to play Infinity

Indeed, it is the only way, did you speak with them already? Tell them that you accept all the risks etc as long as they unblock connect.infinitymu.net and let us know if you still have the problem
