Hello Blade Masters!

I’m excited to announce that we are bringing back the original BK vs BK formula, which was specifically tuned for 32 FPS gameplay when the HD resolution client was introduced back in 2021. After listening to the community and observing PvP behavior, we now believe that restoring the original formula used from 2021 to 2023 would provide more benefits than drawbacks.

Here’s what to expect:

⚔️ More balanced PvP among players, especially favoring those with stable connections.
🔧 Reduced win rates for lag-dependent BKs, giving stable connection players a +50% better shot at winning against them.
🛡️ Tier-1 sets may become viable again, giving them a chance to compete in today’s game.
(The pink option for Tier-1 BK gear will be patched soon and many more new features are on the way!)

This formula is not new, we're just bringing back what used to be and enjoy PvP once again with your Blade Masters!

Regards,

The InfinityMU Staff Team

⚔️ New BK Formula ⚔️

💥 Max Damage Breakdown
(Testing using Tier-3 Set)

Old Max Damage:
221,000+

• Double Damage: 221,000+ × 2 = 442,00+
• Triple Damage: 221,000+ × 3 = 663,000+

New Max Damage: 226,000+

• Double Damage: 226,000+ × 2 = 452,000+
• Triple Damage: 226,000+ × 3 = 678,000+

📊 HP Comparison

🛡️ Tier 3 HP: 502,000+
– Can take a double damage hit and walk away.
– Triple damage? Still fatal — just like before. Nothing new there.

🛡️ Tier 2 HP: 497,000+
– Also holds up against double damage.
– Triple damage still wipes you out — it was deadly before, and it still is. No surprises.

🔎 Why the Change?

  • The +4,000/+5,000 base damage gives Tier 3 users a slight edge in burst potential during high-level PvP.
  • It’s especially useful when facing BKs with shields, where every bit of extra damage matters.
  • This adjustment complements Tier 3’s higher HP pool, helping to make fights more balanced and competitive.
  • The jump from 222k to 226k might look small on paper, but in triple damage scenarios, that’s an extra 12k/15k — which can easily turn the tide in close matches.

✅ Summary

  • This is just a small buff to keep damage and HP balanced across different tiers.
  • It also helps reveal players who might be abusing lag to gain an unfair advantage.
  • We’re encouraging everyone to update their scripts and combos to match the current system.
  • This high-damage setup was already in place from 2021 to 2023, and we didn’t receive major complaints back then. If you’re used to the lower damage formula, it might just take a bit of adjustment.
  • Some players are reacting now, but to be clear—this isn’t something new.

🙌 Final Note

  • The staff is doing its best to keep things fair and balanced for everyone.
  • But remember—balance is a two-way street.
  • Do your part: test, adapt, and grow with the meta. We're all in this together.

You still can't play mix sets, as they are not designed to be mixed, especially Tier 1 sets. When pink options are implemented on Tier-1 sets, we will enforce much stricter rules regarding that. Tier-1 is designed for sister sets, not for mixing overpowered sets.

After extensive analysis, rigorous testing in controlled environments, and consultations with netcode experts, server physicists, and even a lag shaman, I’ve reached an undeniable conclusion about PvP balance: the solution is obvious. I won’t dive into metrics, latency patterns, or the secret algorithm I uncovered after studying 300 hours of teleporting BK gameplay—because some people just aren’t ready for that conversation. But trust me, the numbers don’t lie (and the ones that do? Conveniently ignored). :monka-math::man_of_culture:

Stable-connection players absolutely deserve that +50% advantage against lag-induced chaos. Why? Reasons. How would it work? Tech. Is it fair? Yes, but don’t ask why :barney_really:. If you truly understand the real meta, you already know… and if you don’t? Well, that’s probably for the best.

At the end of the day, those who know, know. And those who don’t? May they be blessed with fiber-optic internet. GOOD UPDATE <3:worry-hidden-technical:

I agree like waka waka africa, riding the murunadauka express straight to tablin churvaxakolovakia where laggers pro max goes washasha kaboompanot, and things get lit all the way under the sea!

Love it @DOᖇᗩEᗰOᑎ as it always should of been too many laggerszzzz
The adjustment won’t eliminate laggers; it can’t, that’s impossible. However, the adjustment will make them vulnerable much faster and lower their winning percentage because the previous formula made them tanky and hard to kill, which gave them room and a higher chance to kill you during long fights, if you noticed before.

In my analysis, I noticed that it’s really well-balanced—perfectly even. I measured it and it came out zero-zero, completely level—even more balanced than a bar level. I haven’t tested it yet against players with high potting rates and excellent internet connections.

My own internet connection—my most beloved one here in the Philippines—is only 76 Mbps. My ping using ExitLag is around 187 to 198 ms. But even with that, gameplay feels really smooth and fast. The good thing about this is that it makes it easier to adjust and even create scripts that adapt to your ping.

Thank You @DOᖇᗩEᗰOᑎ For Game Update :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music: :skype-music:

The first post has been updated to show the official max damage and provide clarity for everyone asking.
If you saw higher damage values before, that was during mid-testing.

Good changes! I really hope the PvP system improves, because when I tried it around 4 months ago, it felt quite boring and lacked excitement. I’m going to give it another chance, maybe now I can compete a bit better against macros players.

On another note, I have a question, when will the full anti-lag system in game and the new features I submitted to our admin about 5 months ago be added?
I see you're the one handling the game updates, so that’s why I’m asking here.

For those who don't know, this is what I'm referring to.
