AGNIS + BROWII
For me... It can give you addiitional stats points and Damage attribute.
Phaewang is just a normal set for me though it doesn't give much damage compared to AGNIS+BROWII.
So if you want to be Powerful DL, Go for Uber...

I would go with the two Uber set. Why? Insane damages and good options for pvp. The defense is above average and it's already good enough and you got a dark horse to defend yourself even better. It's like the counterpart of Hyon + Vic to be exact. Well Phaewang isn't that bad at all as it gives a good defenses too and if you equipped it with a dark horse, almost unbeatable. Not to mention the pink options in it. Pot rates influences your survival too don't forget that either. Go for Uber. It's more special than the Phaewang from the way I see it
