We are giving warnings (the worst case is a ban) to those who are making events and not giving the prize. If you think you are making those events just for spam, think twice. If you want to spam, then go to the spam section. but making a fake event is a crime.

Please don't delete posts in forum events if they don't follow event rules.
And I mean that if you have spammed in that thread, you're like 301 in a 300-needed posts event, you can just delete 1 post and you're the winner. Be fair!

Do not make events with more than 300 posts.

Example for a valid event: You do an event for the 100th post, 200th, 250th, 300th. Done. That's totally okay. Rewards given. No event threads with more than 300 posts.

Forum Events:
  • Can be hosted by everyone;
  • The person who's hosting the event need to always be online to check his thread;
  • Moderators are responsible for announcing the winner;
  • Prizes need to be given by the person who's hosting the event.

Game Events:
  • Can be hosted by everyone;
  • The person who's hosting the event need to be present and host the event (with help of Game Master / Event Master if needed);
  • Game Masters / Event Masters are responsible to announce the winner;
  • Prizes need to be given by the person who's hosting the event.

In the case when player isn't online anymore:
  • They need to announce to the Lead Moderator / Head Event Master;
  • Giving the prize to the Lead Moderator / Head Event Master;
  • After that, you are free to leave;
  • If the thread starter isn't active for 1 month or more and didn't give the prize to the Lead Moderator / Head Event Master then their events will be closed and future events won't be approved;
  • If the forum event is inactive for a total of 14 days without mentioning it to the Lead Moderator / Head Event Master to find a replacement in the staff to take care of the event, it will be closed and cancelled. Making it happen twice in a row will diminish your chances of hosting a forum event in the future;
  • The forumer who wishes to host an event has to send an example and request towards the Lead Moderator / Head Event Master (for game related events) via PM so they can approve it before hosting. If an event is posted without the check up from them it will be trashed immediately.

Important note:
When you post your event, you have to have a sentence at the end:
Approved by: Lead Moderator / Head Event Master. (Of course their name, depending on who is active in the respective position) depending on who approved your event.
  • If your event has not been approved by us, it will be closed by any Moderator present.
  • Remember to contact one of us before posting your event!
  • In this way, we are making sure the event won't be cancelled.

If you don't follow those steps:
  • You won't have the right anymore to host an event.
  • You can be warned / banned depending on your offense.

There is no such thing as "No Reacting to the Post = No Prize", the "Like / Reaction" button isn't meant for useless posts such as forum events, your "Like / Reaction" button will be disabled if we see something like that in your forum events.
